If Darth Vader was French...

You get the idea...

Citroën CX Suspension

Should you have been an architect in the late 70's, who was proposing a large development in a major conurbation featuring numerous condominiums in intricately landscaped parkland, this would have been the car for you. It is no exaggeration to suggest that this detailed scale model would have survived the journey to the pitch. Go get 'em tiger!

Citroën CX

Check this... the amazing Citroën CX. This is what the young Matt Brooke spent most of his childhood driving around in when everyone else was in a Vauxhall Viva or Ford Cortina. Thanks Dad. It was proper cool, what with the hydraulic suspension that took a little while to rise and the space age dashboard. There's a great site www.citroenet.org.uk with brilliant old brochure pics on. A few I've pilfered and popped here.
